What is the Inner World?

The Inner World is a roleplaying project that incorporates dozens of different elements and ideas created by number of people meshed together into a single vision. While it originally started as just a campaign setting, it has since evolved into its own complete game.

How old is the Inner World?

Most of what consititutes what is now known as the Inner World ultimately stems back to the spring of 2002, though elements that are distinctly characteristic of the Inner World date back to at least 1997. It wasn't until the late summer of 2005 that the Inner World got its very own website, however.

What makes the Inner World special?

Detail, mostly. While the Inner World isn't really the largest setting out there, simply none even vaguely rival the level of detail and realism that the Inner World affords. Everything that exists in the Inner World exists for a good reason and exists to fully and seemlessly mesh into the overarching atmosphere of the setting. Few other settings can offer such a promise.
